Lost Shadow by Shinigamiwyvern Lost Shadow by Shinigamiwyvern
I used to not like her much, until I knew she's KINDA a dulluhan. After skimming Wikipedia, a dulluhan is kinda the headless horseman. And the headless horseman makes me think of Hecarim (League of Legends)...always. So she is cool now. Though, I see her as Ghost Rider somehow ;-; In my recent sketches, I always draw her with fiery chains...CAUSE UHH, YEAH

THE LANTERN OMFG. IM SORRY BUT IVE BEEN PLAYING LEAGUE TOO MUCH AHHH(there's even a Hecarim hidden in this drawing...)

ANYWAY, this was just a little drawing with some decent amount of details. It's nothing much, but I think it's detailed enough to be posted here :stare:

EDIT
Thank you very much for the Daily Deviation feature! I don't go to deviantART very often lately, but my friend ~Superlote (yes lote you) showed me this recently, and I was skeptical. I went to check that day's DD list and couldn't believe my eyes. Seriously, I didn't know how to react!
Thank you so much *Ginryuzaki for suggesting and thank you ^Lyricanna for featuring! You're both awesome!
Also, thank you ~Superlote for showing me this :dummy:

Thank you!

Three words of advice you need to remember is: NEVER. GIVE. UP.
Drawing--painting, it's not something that's easy as pie. You need to work up for it.

Should I do it on paper?
Well, it depends what you want to do, but assuming you want to paint like me, you should go on a computer. It's best to buy a cheap tablet to start. A tablet helps you draw like paper on the computer.

Are you using any programs?
I use Photoshop for all my art! :) Adobe has a free Photoshop CS2 up for download! Beware though, it is a hard program to use at first, so just stick to the basic tools, and you're going to be okay! Basic tools include: Brush, Eraser, Select and crop! Don't forget Photoshop uses layers too! Think of transparent papers that you can stack to have awesome effects!

How do you colour your paintings?
It would be hard to explain how I color, since you just started painting. I'm thinking of making tutorials and painting videos soon, to explain.

Good luck! :D
